哥哥的电脑已经买了一阵子，mail in rebate 还是迟迟见不到踪影。于是嫂子打电话到office depot 和 联想的退款中心查询。office depot 叫传真一份复印件过去，但是联想只是寄过来一个邮件说， we did receive your mail in portion, we can not process without that. 怎么看都应该是didn't 于是只好回信去问他们是否是typo，而且，是否可以把原来的复印件寄过去。唉，mailin rebate 还真是麻烦。
